A Walk With God

I decided to try and put God's hand in mine
and do my best to - follow His way

Because I always felt unhappy and running behind
So I decided to do my best to pray - to Him everyday

I was told that if I keep my faith and totally believe
In all the power - He has within Him

There is nothing in my life I can't achieve
If I follow in His footsteps - and don't sin

So one day, me and God had a very long talk
He told me to let Him guide me - I'll never be alone

Because He'll always be by my side while I walk and
He gave me a picture of His son Jesus - for my home

So once a day I think about our long talk and
Say a prayer while I look at the picture - of His Son

I thank God for being beside me while I walk and
Jesus because of what He - sacrificed for everyone.
